Dr. Lauren Messina, PhD, LMHC-QS
Lauren is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH22244), Florida Qualified Supervisor, and holds a PhD from the University of the Cumberlands. She provides integrative, personalized therapy that honors each client’s experiences, needs, and goals.
Lauren has experience supporting clients with substance use and recovery, complex mental health concerns, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional or behavioral challenges. Her background also includes work within child welfare and school systems. She creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients can better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and work toward meaningful change.
