Mariana is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (IMH28156) who provides compassionate counseling for children, adults, and families. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can understand their experiences, develop practical solutions, and work toward greater emotional well-being.

With a background in behavior analysis, early childhood education, and the creative arts, Mariana helps children with behavioral and emotional concerns while supporting parents with effective strategies. She also works with adults experiencing anxiety and depression using CBT, mindfulness, DBT-informed skills, and EMDR-based approaches.
