Cathi Long, Owner and founder is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist MT4017 specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. She has the ability to uncover true potential while addressing difficult situations of the past, while working together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Cathi has completed level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses this in her work. Cathi is also trained in EMDR and can assist you through trauma based issues. Nichole Parker is our Director of Operations and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MT4281. Nichole is experienced in working with a variety of issues including: anxiety/depression, trauma, life changes, communication, LGBTQ, and family/parenting struggles. Nichole has completed level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses this in her work. Nichole is EMDR trained and uses this to help clients through difficult times.
