Cathi Long, Owner and founder is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist MT4017 specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. She has the ability to uncover true potential while addressing difficult situations of the past, while working together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Cathi has completed level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses this in her work. Cathi is also trained in EMDR and can assist you through trauma based issues. Nichole Parker is our Director of Operations and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MT4281. Nichole is experienced in working with a variety of issues including: anxiety/depression, trauma, life changes, communication, LGBTQ, and family/parenting struggles. Nichole has completed level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses this in her work. Nichole is EMDR trained and uses this to help clients through difficult times. Brooke Beloso is a graduate level student intern joining the team with significant experience in trauma-informed care for a variety of issues. She has worked closely with individuals to resolve issues related to gender identity and sexual orientation, racism/classism, systemic and interpersonal trauma, and parent/child relationships experiencing these difficulties. Brooke uses a variety of methods to treat according to the client needs in an open and safe environment. Her goal is to help clients heal and find resilience.
